“Doesn’t Gmail already do this?”

Google and Microsoft are good at sorting and drafting, inside Google and Microsoft. Pidgy Freight works with whatever mailbox you already have, including your own mail server.

And it does the thing neither of them does: it knows this email belongs to the Hamburg shipment, that the bill of lading is on version 3, and that the certificate of origin has been outstanding for eleven days.

Questions, answered.

Which mail providers does it work with?+
All of them. Microsoft 365 and Outlook, Google Workspace and Gmail, and any IMAP mailbox: your own mail server, your hosting provider, your local email provider. If it speaks IMAP, Pidgy Freight connects to it. Your mail stays exactly where it is.
Does my buyer, forwarder or broker need an account?+
No. People outside your company get a link, not a login, showing only the part of the shipment that concerns them. They can view status and upload documents straight into the file, with no signup.
Where does my data live?+
In the EU. Pidgy Freight is built by Alkmist, a Belgian company, ISO 27001 certified. Your mail is never moved or forwarded; Pidgy reads it in place. We are KVKK-aware for Turkish customers, nothing is ever sent without your approval, and on-premise deployment is available on request.
Which languages does it handle?+
You work in Turkish or Albanian; your counterparties write in English, German, Russian or anything else. Pidgy shows you what arrives in your language and sends your reply in theirs. Both versions stay on the thread, so there is never a dispute about what was said.
Does it handle e-Fatura?+
Yes. Export invoices that arrive as e-Fatura are filed and tracked on the shipment like every other document, matched against the packing list and the customs declaration data in your mail.
What does it cost?+
Priced per user, per month, with a discount for annual. You see the full price before you commit to anything.
What does it not do (yet)?+
Honest answer: Pidgy Freight does not book freight, does not file customs declarations, and does not replace your forwarder or broker. It makes sure the emails between all of you never lose a document, a version or a deadline. And it will never send anything without your approval. If something you need is missing, tell us. The roadmap is short and we build with early customers.
