Three PDFs called BL_final
The wrong one reaches the bank and the payment stops. Pidgy keeps versions in order. There is only ever one latest.
Diliniz · Gjuha juaj
Pick one and the page tells the story of your week. You can switch at the top any time.
Pidgy Freight turns your inbox into a live file for each shipment: what is missing, which version is current, who you are waiting on. You read and reply in your own language, whoever you are trading with.
Works with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or any IMAP mailbox, including your own mail server.
The problems live in between the emails.
The wrong one reaches the bank and the payment stops. Pidgy keeps versions in order. There is only ever one latest.
Every requested document gets a row and an age. Outstanding turns amber long before the port does.
Today that check is one tired person comparing PDFs at 21:00. Pidgy reads the documents and flags where they disagree.
Decisions land on the shipment file, linked to the mail they came from. Everyone sees them.
The file is shared. Anyone on the team can answer where Hamburg stands.
Nothing moves, nobody re-learns their job, and none of your counterparties has to log into anything.
Microsoft, Google, or any IMAP server. Your mail stays where it is. Nothing migrates, nothing is forwarded.
Pidgy reads the mail and builds a file per shipment: documents, versions, deadlines, tasks, and who is waiting on whom.
Chase an outstanding document in one click, approve the draft that is holding the cut-off, and reply in your own language.
Most freight tools stop at Microsoft and Google. Most companies in this trade run neither.
Connect with your Microsoft account. Pidgy works alongside Outlook. Nothing changes for you or your team.
Connect with your Google account. Same mailbox, same address, now with a file per shipment behind it.
Your own mail server, your hosting provider, your local email provider. If it speaks IMAP, Pidgy Freight connects to it.
Three doors, one product: same shipment files, same languages, same approvals, whichever mailbox you run.
Every document, every version, in order. Pick a claim and see it in the file.
Built for the moment the money depends on the paperwork: versions in order, the four-corners check, and a complete bank pack.
Every task links back to the sentence in the email it came from. Nothing else on the market does this.
Read what arrives in your language. Write your reply in yours. It arrives in theirs, and both versions stay on the thread.
Sayın Bay Weber,
Konşimento taslağının 3. sürümünü onaylıyoruz. Alıcı adresi düzeltildi. Menşe şahadetnamesi bugün ticaret odası tarafından onaylandı; evrak setinin tamamı yarın bankaya ibraz edilecek.
Saygılarımızla,
Ege Tekstil İhracat
Dear Mr Weber,
We approve version 3 of the bill of lading draft. The consignee address has been corrected. The certificate of origin was stamped by the chamber of commerce today; the complete document set will be presented to the bank tomorrow.
Kind regards,
Ege Tekstil Export
Their reply arrives in German or English. You read it in Turkish or Albanian. For part of this market, that is the difference between winning a foreign buyer and not.
Not a forwarded mail. The live thing. Anyone on your team can answer “where are we with Hamburg?” without asking you.
Your forwarder, your buyer, your customs broker: one link, only the part that concerns them, no signup. They upload the document straight into the file and it lands on the right line with the right version number.
Everyone is looking at the same current version of every document. The whole “which PDF is the real one” problem stops existing.
Pidgy watches what is outstanding, writes the follow-up in the right language, and waits for you.
Google and Microsoft are good at sorting and drafting, inside Google and Microsoft. Pidgy Freight works with whatever mailbox you already have, including your own mail server.
And it does the thing neither of them does: it knows this email belongs to the Hamburg shipment, that the bill of lading is on version 3, and that the certificate of origin has been outstanding for eleven days.
