Pidgy is an AI email assistant for accounting and tax firms. It sorts the practice inbox before you open it, counts the days on every question nobody answered, offers you three ways to reply, and turns what you promised inside a thread into work you can see.

A working week, on average
business emails a day, per person. Perhaps six change what you do.
Radicati Group, Email Statistics Reportto get back to what you were doing after one interruption.
Mark, Gudith and Klocke, UC Irvine, 2008of the working week goes to email, before any file is opened.
McKinsey Global Institute, The social economy, 2012
Not doing the work. Deciding which work to do, finding the thread where it was agreed, and asking a client for the third time about a payment nobody recognises.
The cost is not the reading. It is that nothing in the office counts the days, so a file sits at ninety-five per cent for six weeks and the only record that anyone chased is a scroll through somebody's sent items.
Pidgy does not make you faster at email. It takes the deciding, the finding and the chasing off you.
Two hundred a day, six that change what you do. The rest is filed, and the six each say why they are here and how long they will take.
Dear Anke, a short reminder about the 4,300 euro payment to Vermeulen. We cannot close the year without knowing what it was for.
Who owes you what, how long they have had it, and the reminder already written in your words. You press send.
Volvo depreciation and the leasing contracts
Thanks for the overview. I will check the depreciation on the Volvo and send you the leasing contracts, both before the 28th. Can you confirm the advance payment amount before then?
Who is asking, what for, and by when, lifted out of the email and put on the list with the deadline and the person attached.
Bank statements, contracts, invoices, receipts, official post, newsletters. Labelled on arrival, so a search for the leasing contract takes one click.

Six more things Pidgy does between an email landing and the file closing.
Every thread that needs a reply gets three, and they are not three tones of the same sentence. They are the three things you would most plausibly say back, given what the thread is about. Pick one, edit a line, send. Try the tabs.
You click send. Pidgy has no permission to send on your behalf.

Three likely answers click one
Dear Anke, mid-March works. I have moved the file to the 15th. Send the leasing statements as they arrive rather than all at once, and we will keep closing the rest in the meantime.
Plan mode puts the calendar you already keep next to the tasks Pidgy pulled out of your mail. You drag one into the other. Each task carries the time it will really take, so a Thursday that is quietly overcommitted looks overcommitted on Monday.

Projects group the work the way your office already thinks about it: the year-end run, the VAT quarter, the advance payments. Nobody maintains them. They are assembled from the correspondence as it arrives, so they are never a week behind.

38 of 61 files closed. Nine are waiting on one document each. De Meyer BV is the oldest, on a question you asked 41 days ago.
Everyone you write to becomes a contact, with how long they usually take, how often they opened the conversation rather than you, and what is still outstanding between you. The difference between telling a client they are slow and showing them a number.
Ask for a place in private beta →“Who has not sent their leasing statements?” is a question your office cannot answer today without three people scrolling. Pidgy can, because it has already read the threads. It answers with the thread itself, and notices when someone else usually handles this.

Two of the nine. Kaai 9 CommV and Verlinden. Kaai 9 is the older one:
They already have three portals they never open. This is a link to their own outstanding items, which they can finish on a phone at half ten at night. It expires, it is revocable, and every open is logged. What arrives can forward straight to your scan address at Billit, Basecone or Dext.

Four things that are true on day one, and stay true. Your IT partner approves the scopes once and can withdraw them whenever they like.
Pidgy drafts. It has no permission to send on your behalf, and there is no setting that grants one.
Data residency in the EU, scoped per mailbox, DPA on request. Export or purge whenever you want.
Nothing is archived, moved, marked read or thrown away. Your mailbox is exactly where you left it.
Correspondence builds your lists and your drafts. It is never used to train a model, ours or anyone else's.
Per mailbox, monthly, published when we open to everyone. The first group is free. Asking for a place costs nothing, connects nothing and grants no access to your mail.
That is the right question, and a stronger one than "is it GDPR compliant". Processing happens in the EU, scoped to the mailboxes you connect, under a data processing agreement we will sign. Your mail is never used to train a model. We will put our sub-processors and the model provider in writing, so you can hand it to your own compliance people rather than take our word for it. If you are ITAA registered, have that conversation before you connect anything.
Because your clients do not open the three they have. This is not another portal to log into. It is a layer over the mailbox where the conversation is already happening, and the client's side of it is a link with no account behind it.
The structured invoices got easier and the long tail did not. Foreign suppliers, receipts, contracts, leasing and loan statements, accounts outside CODA, card and payment platform exports, signatures, approvals, and every question that begins "what was this payment".
It closes the request against the file, and it can forward straight to your capture intake address at Billit, Basecone, Dext or your bookkeeping package. You can also download the batch. It is not meant to become a second document inbox.
Yes. It reads mixed language mailboxes and drafts in the language of the thread, which for most Belgian practices means Dutch to one client and French to the next without switching anything.
Your mailbox, and only your mailbox. Clients who photograph a receipt and send it to your mobile are invisible to it, by design. Nothing else on your machine is touched.
No. No filing, no submitting, no signing. Pidgy makes sure the paperwork reaches you in time. What happens next is your professional judgement and stays yours.
No. It knows a document arrived: a leasing statement closes the request it belongs to. It does not extract amounts, code anything or post an entry.
Yes, and it is the case where a partner answering from their phone stops being invisible to the rest of the office. Everyone sees what they could already see. Pidgy never widens access.
Pidgy opens to a small number of practices before anyone else, and we pick them ourselves. If accounting and tax is your trade, tell us and we will be in touch.
