Pidgy is an AI email assistant for mortgage brokers. It sorts the inbox before you open it, counts the days on every document a borrower has not sent, drafts the reminder in your words, and turns what you promised a bank in a thread into work you can see.

A working week, on average
business emails a day, per person. Perhaps six change what you do.

A borrower sends four documents and forgets the fifth. The bank asks for a sixth. The rate hold has a date on it and nobody in the office is counting toward it except the bank.
It is that nothing counts the days. A payslip requested on the 20th, mentioned again on the 26th, and on the 2nd the borrower is surprised the rate is gone.
Pidgy does not arrange the loan.

A hundred and sixty a day, and the ones that matter are the ones with a rate expiry behind them.
Dear Mr and Mrs De Vos, a short reminder about the last three payslips. The bank cannot issue the offer without them and the rate hold runs out on Friday. Photos from your phone are fine.
Which borrower owes which document, how many days, and the reminder already written in your words. You press send.
Compromis signed, and a question about the notary
We signed the compromis this morning, copy attached. The notary asked whether the bank needs the energy performance certificate before or after the offer. Signing at the notary is on the 26th.
Who is asking, what for, and by when, lifted out of the email and put on the list with the deadline and the file attached.
Contracts, borrower documents, bank offers, notary correspondence, rate watches. Labelled on arrival, so the compromis is one click, not a search.

Five more things Pidgy does between an email landing and the offer being signed.
Borrowers get a link to their own missing documents, which they can finish from a phone on the sofa at half ten.

Three likely answers click one
Dear Pieter, 0.15 on the rate is real money, but compare the total: fees, the insurance they require, and whether the hold still fits your notary date. Send me their offer and I will put both side by side this afternoon.
Every file becomes a project: what the borrower has sent, what the bank still wants, what the notary asked, and the date the rate hold ends.

6 of 11 documents received. Blocked on three payslips, 12 days outstanding. Rate hold ends Friday. Bank has not yet been sent the compromis.
You drag one into the other, and a Friday with two rate expiries on it looks that way on Monday.

Pidgy drafts. It has no permission to send on your behalf, and there is no setting that grants one.

No. It drafts, you send. Applications, offers and signatures go through the bank and the notary exactly as they do now. Pidgy makes sure the documents and the dates reach you in time.
No, by design. Pidgy reads the mailbox and nothing else. What it can do is give the borrower a link to upload to instead, so the payslips stop arriving on your personal phone.
No. It knows a payslip arrived and closes the request. Affordability is your work and stays yours.
Yes. It reads mixed language mailboxes and drafts in the language of the thread, which for most brokers means Dutch to one borrower and French to the next.
No. Processing happens in the EU, scoped to the mailboxes you connect, under a data processing agreement we sign.
Pidgy opens to a small number of brokerages before anyone else, and we pick them ourselves. If mortgages are your trade, tell us and we will be in touch.
