Estate agency

A buyer who viewed Saturday and heard nothing by Wednesday.

Pidgy is an AI email assistant for estate agents. It sorts the agency inbox before you open it, counts the days since a buyer, a seller or a notary last heard from you, drafts the follow-up in your words, and turns what you promised at a viewing into work you can see.

The buyer is ready. The follow-up never went.

Four viewings on Saturday. One of them was serious and asked about the roof. By Wednesday they have viewed two other houses with two other agents and the question is still in a thread you meant to answer on Monday.

It is that nothing counts the days since a buyer last heard from you, or since you asked the seller for the energy certificate that keeps the listing off the portals. The only record is a scroll through sent items.

Pidgy does not sell the house.

Four things it does before you have opened anything.

Dear Mr and Mrs Claus, thank you for coming on Saturday. On the roof: it was renewed in 2019 and the invoice is in the file, which I can send. Would a second viewing on Thursday evening suit?

Leiestraat, a few questions

We liked the house. Before we decide: can you find out when the roof was last done and whether the attic can be converted? We would want to make an offer before the end of next week if the answers are good.

And then the rest of the day.

Six more things Pidgy does between an email landing and the keys being handed over.

  1. Contacts

You already know who never answers. Now you can prove it.

Every buyer, seller and notary becomes a contact, with how long they usually take, how often they opened the conversation, and what is outstanding. The serious buyer from Saturday is the one who wrote first.

  2. Replies

Three ways to answer it. Or your own words.

Every thread that needs a reply gets three, and they are the three things you would most plausibly say back given what the buyer or seller asked.

Dear Sofie, I will put 365,000 to the seller today. There is another interested party, so I would not expect it to be accepted as is, but it opens the conversation and I will come back to you by tomorrow evening.

  3. Projects

And it adds up to a picture.

Every property becomes a project: the mandate, the documents, the viewings, the offers, the notary dates.

  5. Ask Pidgy

    Or just ask it.

“Who viewed last week and has not heard from us?” is a question you answer today from a diary and a guess.

  6. Plan mode

Your day on one side, the work on the other.

Plan mode puts your viewings calendar next to the tasks Pidgy pulled out of your mail. You drag one into the other, and a Saturday with four viewings and two follow-ups in it looks that way on Monday.

You click send

Pidgy drafts. It has no permission to send on your behalf, and there is no setting that grants one.

Hosted in the EU

Data residency in the EU, scoped per mailbox, DPA on request. Export or purge whenever you want.

It never deletes

Never trains on you

Questions agents ask

What does it cost?+

Per mailbox, monthly, published when we open to everyone. The first group is free. Asking for a place costs nothing and connects nothing.

Does it replace our CRM?+

It replaces the part nobody keeps up to date: who was asked what, when, and whether they answered. Listings, valuations and the portal feeds stay where they are.

Buyers call and message. Does it see that?+

No, by design. Pidgy reads the mailbox and nothing else. What it does see is every buyer who wrote after a viewing and did not get an answer.

What can it see, exactly?+

The mailboxes you connect, and only those. The portals, your CRM and anything on a phone are invisible to it.

Does it work in Dutch and French?+

Yes. It reads mixed language mailboxes and drafts in the language of the thread.

Is buyer and seller data used to train a model?+

No. Processing happens in the EU, scoped to the mailboxes you connect, under a data processing agreement we sign.

A first group, chosen by hand.

Pidgy opens to a small number of agencies before anyone else, and we pick them ourselves. If property is your trade, tell us and we will be in touch.
