Corporate operations

A shared inbox is a queue nobody owns.

Pidgy is an AI email assistant for operations teams. It sorts the shared inbox before anyone opens it, counts the days on every request that is waiting on a supplier, a colleague or a signature, drafts the reply in your words, and turns what was agreed in a thread into work the whole team can see.

Everyone can see the inbox. Nobody is watching it.

The operations address gets everything: the facilities contract, the laptop order, the new starter's paperwork, the supplier who wants a PO number. Six people can read it, so each assumes one of the other five has.

It is that nothing counts the days on a request that has no single owner. Four hundred a day, and the one that goes wrong is the contract that renewed by itself because nobody chased legal.

Pidgy does not run operations.

Four things it does before you have opened anything.

Dear Ms Lambert, a short reminder about the six laptops on order 4471. Three new starters begin on Monday and I need a delivery date today, or a loan stock arrangement for the first week.

And then the rest of the day.

Five more things Pidgy does between an email landing and the request being closed.

  1. Projects

And it adds up to a picture.

Every recurring thing becomes a project: the office move, the onboarding of March's starters, the contract renewals. What has arrived, what is outstanding, who has it.

  3. Replies

Three ways to answer it. Or your own words.

Every thread that needs a reply gets three, and they are the three things you would most plausibly say back given who asked.

Dear Rik, the 21st does not work: the new floor is not handed over until the 25th. We contracted the 28th for that reason. Can the other party take the 21st, or can we split the bay by half day?

  4. Contacts

You already know who never answers. Now you can prove it.

Every supplier and every internal department becomes a contact, with how long they usually take and how often they opened the conversation. Legal's four days shows up as a number before the next renewal.

  5. Ask Pidgy

    Or just ask it.

“Which contracts renew this quarter?” is a question you answer today from a spreadsheet someone left.

Questions operations teams ask

What does it cost?+

Per mailbox, monthly, published when we open to everyone. The first group is free. Asking for a place costs nothing and connects nothing.

How does it handle a shared inbox six people read?+

Everyone sees what they could already see, and the list of what is waiting is the same list for all six. Nothing is assigned by Pidgy; a task carries the line it came from and whoever picks it up picks it up. Pidgy never widens access.

Does it replace our ticketing tool?+

It replaces the part nobody keeps up to date: what was asked by email, when, and whether it came back. Tickets, approvals and the asset register stay where they are.

What can it see, exactly?+

The mailboxes you connect, and only those. Your intranet, the HR system and anything on a laptop are invisible to it by design.

Will IT security accept it?+

Processing happens in the EU, scoped to the mailboxes you connect, under a data processing agreement we sign. No send permission is ever requested.

Does it work in Dutch, French and English at once?+

Yes. It reads mixed language mailboxes and drafts in the language of the thread.

A first group, chosen by hand.

Pidgy opens to a small number of teams before anyone else, and we pick them ourselves. If operations is your trade, tell us and we will be in touch.
