Pidgy is an AI email assistant for insurance brokers. It sorts the inbox before you open it, counts the days on every renewal form a client has not returned, drafts the reminder in your words, and turns what an insurer asked in a thread into work you can see.

business emails a day, per person. Perhaps six change what you do.

Sixty days out you ask for the fleet list, the updated turnover, the claims declaration. Thirty days out you ask again. Nine days out the insurer asks you why the quote is late and the honest answer is in somebody's sent items.
It is that nothing in the office counts the days against a date that everybody knows. Two hundred and thirty a day, eleven renewals a month, and the one that goes wrong is the one nobody chased in writing.
Pidgy does not place the cover.

Two hundred and thirty a day, and the ones that matter are the ones with a renewal date behind them.
Dear Mrs Van Tichelen, a short reminder about the fleet list for the 1 November renewal. The insurer cannot quote without it and at nine days out we lose the negotiating room. A spreadsheet or a photo of the list is fine.
Which client owes which piece of renewal information, how many days against the date, and the reminder already written. You press send.
Van Tichelen renewal, two things before we quote
We can hold the current terms, but underwriting needs the three year claims history and confirmation of the new premises by Thursday. After that the renewal goes to the standard rate.
Who is asking, what for, and by when, lifted out of the insurer's email and put on the list with the deadline and the client attached.
Insurer correspondence, client documents, claims, policy schedules, market updates. Labelled on arrival, so the claims history is one click, not a search.

Five more things Pidgy does between an email landing and the renewal being bound.
Every renewal becomes a project: what the client has sent, what the insurer still wants, and the date. Every claim becomes one too.

5 of 11 items received. Blocked on the fleet list, 19 days outstanding. Insurer holds current terms until Thursday, then standard rate.
Clients get a link to their own outstanding renewal information, which they can finish from a phone.

Three likely answers click one
Dear Sabine, 12% on a section with no claims in three years is going to be hard to put to the client without a reason. Can underwriting come back with something closer to the general movement in the market before I take it to them?
“Which renewals this month are not ready?” is a question you answer today from the diary and memory.

Pidgy drafts. It has no permission to send on your behalf, and there is no setting that grants one.

Nothing is archived, moved, marked read or thrown away. Your mailbox is exactly where you left it.
Correspondence builds your lists and your drafts. It is never used to train a model, ours or anyone else's.

No. It drafts, you send. Quotes, binding and claims go through the insurer and the portal exactly as they do now. Pidgy makes sure the information and the dates reach you in time.
The mailboxes you connect, and only those. The broker portals, your policy administration system and anything on a laptop are invisible to it by design.
No. It knows a schedule arrived and closes the request it belongs to. Checking it is your work and stays yours.
Yes. It reads mixed language mailboxes and drafts in the language of the thread, which for most brokers means Dutch to one client and French to the next.
No. Processing happens in the EU, scoped to the mailboxes you connect, under a data processing agreement we sign.
Pidgy opens to a small number of brokerages before anyone else, and we pick them ourselves. If insurance is your trade, tell us and we will be in touch.
