Financial advice

Onboarding paperwork, and whose delay it actually was.

Pidgy is an AI email assistant for financial advisers. It sorts the inbox before you open it, counts the days on every form a client has not returned, drafts the reminder in your words, and turns what you promised in a review meeting thread into work you can see.

The advice is ready. The client has not signed the thing that lets you give it.

Onboarding is a stack of forms and a set of documents, and every one of them waits on the client. The agreement, the questionnaire, the identity documents, the provider forms. Each one asked for, each one mentioned again.

It is that nothing in the office counts the days. When the compliance file is checked, the only record of who delayed what is a scroll through sent items.

Pidgy does not give advice.

Four things it does before you have opened anything.

Questionnaire attached, done at last. My mother has an old life policy nobody understands. Could you look at whether it is worth keeping before our review on Monday? I can bring the papers.

And then the rest of the day.

Six more things Pidgy does between an email landing and the plan being signed.

  1. Contacts

You already know who never answers. Now you can prove it.

Everyone you advise becomes a contact, with how long they usually take, how often they opened the conversation rather than you, and what is outstanding. When compliance asks whose delay it was, the answer is a number.

Three ways to answer it. Or your own words.

Every thread that needs a reply gets three, and they are the three things you would most plausibly say back given what the client asked.

Dear Els, your brother is not wrong about costs, and low cost matters a great deal over twenty years. Whether it is right for you depends on when you need the money and what you are already holding. Both are on the questionnaire you just sent, so I can give you a real answer on Monday.

  3. For your client

    A list, not a login.

Clients get a link to their own outstanding onboarding items, not a portal to remember a password for.

And it adds up to a picture.

Every client relationship becomes a project: onboarding, the annual review, the transfer. What has arrived, what is outstanding, who it is with.

Before you let anything near a client mailbox.

You click send

Pidgy drafts. It has no permission to send on your behalf, and there is no setting that grants one.

Hosted in the EU

Data residency in the EU, scoped per mailbox, DPA on request. Export or purge whenever you want.

It never deletes

Nothing is archived, moved, marked read or thrown away. Your mailbox is exactly where you left it.

Never trains on you

Correspondence builds your lists and your drafts. It is never used to train a model, ours or anyone else's.

Questions advisers ask

What does it cost?+

Per mailbox, monthly, published when we open to everyone. The first group is free. Asking for a place costs nothing and connects nothing.

Does it give advice or make recommendations?+

No. It drafts replies to correspondence, which you read and send or discard. Nothing it writes is advice until you have read it. Suitability, recommendations and reports stay with you.

Will compliance accept it?+

Processing happens in the EU, scoped to the mailboxes you connect, under a data processing agreement we sign. Your mail is never used to train a model. We put our sub-processors and the model provider in writing so your compliance function can review it before anything is connected.

What can it see, exactly?+

The mailboxes you connect, and only those. Your platform, your planning software and anything on a laptop are invisible to it by design.

Does it read the figures in statements or questionnaires?+

No. It knows a document arrived and closes the request it belongs to. Reading it is your work and stays yours.

Does it work in Dutch and French?+

Yes. It reads mixed language mailboxes and drafts in the language of the thread.

A first group, chosen by hand.

Pidgy opens to a small number of firms before anyone else, and we pick them ourselves. If advice is your trade, tell us and we will be in touch.
