The site is finished. The client is not.

The build was signed off in October. What did not arrive is the About page copy, the product photos, the privacy text from their lawyer, and the DNS access. Each asked for, each mentioned again, each holding the launch.

It is that nothing in the studio counts the days a client has had a request. When the launch slips, the record of whose delay it was is a scroll through sent items.
