No more “sorry for the late reply”. Pidgy tracks every reply you owe and every answer you’re chasing, drafts the nudge, and flags the moment something slips.
Flip the switch. Same 147 emails, but Pidgy waves the wand and hands you the five that need you.
A hundred emails land a day. Five actually matter, and they’re buried under the rest. Pidgy reads every one, ranks them, and hands you a clear plan, then does the parts you’d rather not.
Outlook, Gmail and any IMAP mailbox, read and understood together, with the same sense of who’s waiting and why. No tab-hopping to find what’s on fire.
Pidgy learns from your sent folder and writes a ready-to-send draft. Edit a line, hit send. A whole reply in one keystroke.
Pidgy notices stalled threads, queues the follow-ups, and tracks who owes you what. The chief of staff your calendar can’t afford.
Six things Pidgy does between an email landing and your day being done.
Pidgy reads each email as it lands and files it by what it is: waiting on you, waiting on others, action needed, blocking. Sales, meetings and collaboration end up in their own lanes, tagged and counted, before you open a single one.
Ask for private access →Pidgy reads every email, ranks them by priority, and quietly drops the action items into your task list. Some get delegated to your team automatically.
Ask for private access →Hi Adam, the team approved the proposal. We need final CFO sign-off by May 2nd.
Could you send the updated pricing sheet to Acme? High priority.
Pidgy auto-drafts in the tone you pick (Professional, Friendly, Direct). Or type a few words and let Pidgy expand them. Edit in the email itself before sending.
Ask for private access →"Is the Acme contract signed?" Pidgy finds the confirmation email, links the document, and suggests delegating the follow-up to your teammate.
Ask for private access →Every contact gets a page Pidgy keeps for you: how fast you both reply, what is still open, every thread and attachment, and a one-line brief before the call. No CRM to fill in. It fills itself.
Ask for private access →Tasks from your inbox land in calendar blocks. Drag where they fit, pick a duration, set a reminder. No second window, no copy-paste, everything happens inside Pidgy.
Ask for private access →Add the Chrome extension and Pidgy moves into your Gmail sidebar. Your day, your tasks, your people and your drafts sit one click from the email you’re reading.
Hi Adam, does Thursday at 10:00 still work for the kickoff? I’ve sent the invite, let me know if you’d rather move it.
You run the partnership programme with Marco and review his proposals.
One click in Chrome, and Pidgy moves into your Gmail sidebar.
The extension runs in Chrome on Gmail. On Outlook or any IMAP mailbox, you get the same views in the Pidgy portal.
Email management, inbox zero, GTD, and what AI can honestly take off your plate. Written by humans. Supervised by a pigeon.
Arrival order buries what matters. The triage layer that surfaces it.
Triage, extraction, drafting, follow-up: where AI genuinely helps with email, and the two jobs to keep.
Cut what arrives, batch what you process, decide once, track the rest. A system for heavy email volume.
Same bird, different specialism. Each one knows what goes wrong in your inbox and what to do about it.

Pidgy is the Inbox Agent: an AI assistant for your inbox. It reads your email, ranks what matters, turns requests into tasks, drafts replies in your voice, and follows up on stalled threads.
Anyone whose work happens in their inbox. Founders, partners, advisors, accountants, lawyers, consultants, and operators who get more email than they can keep up with and need help separating signal from noise.
Access to Pidgy is private for now. A small first group gets in before anyone else, and we choose them ourselves. Ask for a place, tell us your trade, and we will be in touch either way. The first group helps shape the product and keeps early pricing at launch.
Pidgy plugs into Outlook, Gmail, and any IMAP mailbox. If your provider speaks IMAP, Pidgy can read it, so you are not limited to the big two. Connecting takes a couple of minutes and nothing changes about the way you already send email.
Yes. Alongside Outlook and Gmail, Pidgy connects to any standard IMAP mailbox, including self-hosted and provider mailboxes such as Fastmail, Zoho, Proton Bridge, OVH and most hosting-company mail. You supply the IMAP host and credentials once and Pidgy handles the rest.
Your data is yours. Pidgy processes email only to provide the service, never to train models, and never sells or shares it with third parties. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We're GDPR-aligned and you can delete your account and data at any time.
Never automatically. Pidgy drafts replies, suggests follow-ups, and queues up actions, but you always click send. You can set rules over time (auto-confirm receipts, auto-decline cold pitches, etc.) but nothing leaves your account without your sign-off.
Pricing is still being finalised. Everyone with private access keeps early pricing and gets a free trial period when they are let in.
Most tools summarise or draft one email at a time. Pidgy looks across your whole inbox at once, ranks what matters, drafts what it can, and hands you a daily plan. It's the difference between a smart spell-checker and a chief of staff.
Paste, click, copy. No account, nothing you paste is stored, ten runs a day. Each one does a single thing Pidgy does to your whole inbox.
These pages work on what you paste into them. Pidgy works on all of it, before you open the tab.
