Every new account gets full Pro. Nobody is ever locked out.
You get full Pro for 7 days. Pidgy reads your last 500 emails, so your lists are filled from the first login.
Invite a colleague or connect a shared mailbox and your team gets a 14-day Team trial.
Pick the plan that fits when the trial ends. No card during the trial, so nothing is billed until you choose.
Security climbs with the plan, but it never drops below this. Pidgy works with Gmail, Outlook and any IMAP mailbox, and you sign in with Google or Microsoft.
Your data stays in the EU, with the same DPA for every user.
We never train AI models on customer email, on any plan.

Pro includes about 1,000 AI drafts a month and Autopilot on about 200 incoming emails a day. On Team those numbers apply per user and are pooled across the team. We never throttle silently and never bill overage by surprise: if you stay above fair use for three months, a person from Pidgy gets in touch.
Yes. Pro includes 1 mailbox and Team includes 3 per user. Extra mailboxes are €9 per mailbox per month on both.
Yearly is paid upfront and costs about 20% less. You can switch from monthly to yearly at any time, and from yearly to monthly at your renewal.
You pay per active user, with no minimum. Seats you add during a billing period are prorated.
By card on Pro and Team. Team yearly plans and Enterprise can also pay by invoice, sent via Peppol.
Prices are in euro and exclude VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are reverse charged.
In two clicks in Settings. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Yearly plans are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
We announce price changes 30 days ahead. Existing customers keep their price until their next renewal.
You move to Team at the same price. You get more, and your invoice does not change. Your price is locked until your next renewal.
